AnyHouse provides an online real estate platform that connects home seekers with brokers, agencies, and property listings, primarily in the Dominican Republic and related markets.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it when it changes. We may suspend accounts that contain false or misleading information.
You may use AnyHouse only for lawful purposes related to searching for, marketing, or managing real estate in line with these Terms.
You must not attempt to disrupt the platform, scrape data without permission, upload malware, infringe intellectual property rights, harass users, or use the services for fraudulent activity.
Listing details are provided by brokers, agencies, and third-party sources. AnyHouse does not own the properties shown and does not guarantee that every detail is complete, current, or error-free.
Availability, pricing, and specifications may change without notice. You should verify important details directly with the listing broker before making decisions.
Brokers and agencies using AnyHouse are independent professionals or businesses. AnyHouse is a platform provider, not a party to transactions between buyers, renters, and brokers.
Brokers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with local licensing rules, and communication with their clients.
Browsing public listings is free for home seekers unless we clearly state otherwise. Brokers and agencies may be subject to subscription, promotion, or other paid features.
Prices, billing cycles, and refund rules for paid services are shown at checkout or in your account settings and form part of these Terms.
The AnyHouse brand, software, design, and platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform materials without our written permission.
You retain rights to content you upload, but you grant AnyHouse a license to host, display, and promote that content as needed to operate the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnyHouse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
